Strategy Session — 60 minutes

This is a focused, one-on-one strategy call designed to get you unstuck and moving again.
Before the session, you’ll fill out a short intake so I understand your background, current work, and where the friction is showing up.

During the session, we will:

map out where you are now , your projects, revenue streams, systems, and constraints
identify the real bottlenecks slowing your growth
talk through the ideas you’re juggling and what actually deserves attention
find the opportunities sitting inside your existing work
choose one primary direction for the next chapter of your creative career or business
turn that into a simple 90-day plan you can execute without overwhelm or guesswork

I'm Tyler M. Reid

I help professionals in the creative industries think clearly and make better decisions. Most of my work sits at the intersection of strategy and creativity, helping investors, executives, producers, and analysts sort through complexity so they can focus on what actually matters.

For twenty years, my career has been one long experiment, moving between film, writing, teaching, producing, and consulting. I’ve learned that the medium changes, but the work doesn’t. It’s always about taking an idea, giving it shape, and staying with it long enough for it to become real.

I’ve worked on feature films, music videos, documentaries, and live events across the U.S., India, and Sweden. Some projects came with resources, others survived on stubbornness and problem solving. Every one of them taught me something about process, people, and the quiet, unglamorous work that makes creative projects possible.

That mix of curiosity and practicality shapes everything I do now. Whether I’m helping someone develop a film, clarify their direction, or rethink how they talk about their work, the goal is the same, help them get to the next clear step without losing the joy that made them start in the first place.
